Terms of Service
. The official language of the Myrdoria game is English.
. The basis of the user agreement is these Terms of Service (ToS).
. By registering and logging into the game, the user agrees to the ToS and submits a request to enter into a free-use agreement for a game account with the operator.
. The request is approved by the operator through opening a user account, which grants access to the game.
. Familiarity with and agreement to these ToS is confirmed by the user’s login.
. The operating agreement is exclusively concluded with natural persons. . The agreement is indefinite and either party may terminate it at any time, without notice, via email.
. The user has no entitlement to account creation, continued gameplay, or game availability after termination.
. The operator may change these ToS at any time.
. Users will be notified promptly and explicitly of any changes.
. Users consent to changes by continuing to play (login) after the notice appears on the website myrdoria.cc.
§2 Game Account and Ownership
. The game account name must contain at least 5 characters.
. All accounts—including all values, items, assets, etc.—are virtual property in the game.
. Users do not acquire ownership or other rights to such virtual property; all rights remain with the operator.
. Users receive an exclusive, non-transferable, time-limited license to use the virtual assets for the duration of the agreement.
. Account credentials must not be shared or disclosed to others to protect the account owner.
. Each player is responsible for securing their credentials and is encouraged to choose a strong password.
. The operator is not responsible for loss of virtual property.
. In case of doubt, the user must prove the loss was not due to negligence (e.g., weak password).
. The user releases the operator from liability for damage resulting from using an unauthorized email address.
. The operator reserves the right to delete inactive accounts after three months of inactivity.
. Trading for real money or cross-server trading is prohibited.
§3 Multiple Accounts / IP and Account Sharing
. Players are allowed to have multiple game accounts.
. Sharing accounts (multiple people using the same account) is prohibited; responsibility lies with the account owner, who is not entitled to compensation.
. Logging into accounts that do not exclusively belong to the user is forbidden.
. The operator assumes no responsibility for any changes, losses, or deletions in accounts.
§4 Exploits, Scripting, and Cheating
· Actions that cause excessive server data load or disrupt gameplay are prohibited.
· Automated or semi-automated scripts querying the database or triggering game mechanisms are not allowed.
· Violation will lead to account deletion or blocking without warning.
· The operator reserves the right to seek compensation for damages and administrative costs.
· Every player is obliged to immediately report any identified bugs to the operator.
· Anyone exploiting bugs for personal or third-party advantage risks account blocking.
· Deliberately triggering a bug is permitted only when instructed by an authorized person.
· Gaining advantage from rule-breaking by others may result in penalties.
· The game is not a finished product; it constantly evolves, and bugs are expected.
· Exploiting bugs for advantage is forbidden.
· Failure to report or using bugs is strictly punished!
· Playing with an outdated client will result in account blocking.
§5 Code of Conduct
. The following rules ensure a fair and enjoyable environment; violations may lead to account suspension.
. Maintain polite and respectful interaction; no vulgar or offensive language. Collaboration and knowledge sharing are encouraged.
. Follow game rules; cheating, bug exploitation, or unauthorized scripts is disallowed.
. Safeguard your account with a strong password; do not share it.
. Do not provide or propagate inappropriate content—racist, sexist, homophobic, or otherwise offensive.
. Report issues through support; be polite and constructive.
. Promoting external products, offers, websites, or businesses is not allowed.
. User-generated content—names, descriptions, forum posts, etc.—that violates ethical or legal standards may be edited or removed, and accounts may be blocked or deleted.
. The operator does not claim ownership of user-generated or linked content.
